A multi-generational fabrication shop called Integrity, run by three adult siblings with a shed full of tools and a legacy they’re barely holding onto.

The story’s fictional.

Charles Barnard is a business transformation engineer, interim GM, and turnaround advisor who’s spent more than three decades helping owners lead through pressure, complexity, and change.

Born in South Africa and now based in Sydney, he’s guided businesses across Africa, the Middle East, and Australia — from family-run workshops to large-scale bottlers. Along the way, he’s learned that most business breakdowns aren’t caused by bad people. They’re caused by drift, silence, and the belief that you’ve got to go it alone.
