Forged in a Day™

Four hours. Three engines. One honest answer to where your business actually stands.

A half-day working session built on the GrowthForge™ methodology. Limited to 12 participants per session.

The Games Do the Selling. The Close Names What You’re Ready For Next.

The GrowthForge™ system is not introduced Forged in a Day™ is not a seminar. It is not a taster session. It is not a morning of slides about a methodology you are being asked to buy.

It is a working morning — one where you will map a real system failure in your own business, identify the single constraint that is costing you the most capacity right now, and build a three-minute physical model of what your future state actually looks like.

The GrowthForge™ system is not introduced until 11:00am — two hours into the morning. By that point, you will have already felt two of its engines from the inside. The name lands with weight because the experience has already landed first.

Every transition in the morning is deliberate. Every game is chosen because it produces a specific result in the room. The close does not sell the program — it names where you are and what the next right step is. That is a different thing entirely.

How the Morning Runs

8:30am registration. 12:30pm close. Every element has a purpose. Nothing is filler.

What You Leave With

→ A named tier placement on the GrowthForge™ five-tier scale

(Fragile → Emerging → Developing → Structured → Scalable)

→ A specific engine recommendation — where the structural work should begin in your business, based on the diagnostic

→ A mapped system failure pattern from The Hole Truth™ Lite — your operating constraint named and visible

→ A named Throttle Point™ — the single binding constraint costing you the most capacity right now

→ A physical future-state model from the LEGO® Serious Play™ session — and the bridge question that makes it actionable

→ One LegacyLoops™ commitment — a specific behaviour to observe in the next seven days, named in the room

→ A complimentary diagnostic conversation with Charles if you choose to continue the conversation

→ A copy of Forged: A Family, A Fabricator and A Fight for the Future — Charles’s business fable, sent to you on registration ahead of the morning

Your Registration Includes the Book That Built This Morning

When you register, a copy of Forged: A Family, A Fabricator and a Fight for the Future is sent to you ahead of the session.

Forged is the business fable this morning was built from. It follows Kevin Wysleier as he walks into Integrity Fabrication — a family business four decades old, under financial pressure, with systems that have quietly stopped working — and works through the same tools you will use in the room:

The Hole Truth™, Throttle Point™, and the discipline of small wins.

If you read it before the morning, the games will land differently. You will already know what the tools are designed to find — because you will have watched someone else find it first.

If you don’t have time to read it before the day, the morning stands on its own. The book is a gift, not a prerequisite.

Your Investment

The investment for Forged in a Day™ is $495 plus GST, payable on registration.

This includes the full half-day facilitation, all workshop materials, the GrowthForge™ diagnostic instrument and scoring, a copy of Forged: A Family, A Fabricator and a Fight for the Future, and the post-morning diagnostic conversation with Charles.

The morning is not a preview. It produces a result — a named tier, a named constraint, a named behaviour — whether or not you continue into the full GrowthForge™ program.

Who this morning is for

Forged in a Day™ is for business owners and senior leaders who are willing to look at their business clearly for four hours.

You do not need to know what GrowthForge™ is. You do not need a strategy document. You need to be willing to answer the opening question honestly: ‘What does your business do when you are not in the room?’

The morning works best for businesses that are past the startup phase — revenue, staff, clients — but where the operating model has not kept pace with the scale. If growth depends on your effort rather than your architecture, this morning was built for that exact moment.

Most mornings like this end with energy.

This one ends with a named constraint, a named tier, and one specific behaviour you have committed to observe.

That is a different kind of morning.
