Is your business generating enough cash and profit to fuel sustainable growth?
Do you have the leadership and culture to sustain and scale that growth?
I help business owners master these two critical challenges—because I’ve lived through them myself.
For decades, I’ve worked across Africa, the Middle East, and Australia, leading business transformations. I’ve helped companies:
But my expertise wasn’t just learned in boardrooms—it was forged through real-life struggles, failures, and hard-won victories.
I didn’t just study business resilience—I lived it.
I saw my father’s business collapse when I was young. Experiencing the struggles of living in a borrowed car during mid-winter ensured I don't just think it, I've experienced firsthand that profit on paper means nothing if cash flow isn’t strong. That lesson stuck with me.
When I migrated to Australia, I bought into a business—only to discover I had picked the right industry but the wrong business partner. After years of legal battles—winning every stage—he still found ways to escape paying what he owed. When he finally had no way out, he declared bankruptcy, leaving me and my family to bear the financial burden. The only winners? The lawyers.
At the same time, poor timing in property investments pushed me to the brink of financial collapse. Bankruptcy was a real possibility. But instead of giving up, we took control, made tough decisions, and focused on profit, cash flow, and long-term stability.
The result? We paid off an $825,000 mortgage in 5-1/2 years.
That experience shaped my belief that resilience in business isn’t about avoiding failure—it’s about knowing how to recover, pivot, and grow stronger.
Beyond financial success, I believe business should be about impact, leadership, and legacy.
These three key principles guide my approach in what I term GNU principles:
🌍 GAIA – Business, like nature, thrives on balance. Growth isn’t just about sales—it’s about cash flow, leadership, and culture working together.
😊 NACHAS – A Yiddish word for deep joy and pride in the success of others. My biggest reward? Seeing business owners break free from survival mode and step into confident leadership.
🤝 UBUNTU – “I am because we are.” Business is a shared journey. True leadership means lifting others up, creating accountability, and building teams that thrive.
If your business isn’t generating enough cash to fund its growth—or if your leadership team isn’t where it needs to be—I help you fix that.
Through my Entrepreneurs Odyssey framework,Sukuma Software and a belief in transparency and trust, I help business owners:
